I encountered some friendly staff like Ms. Maya and Ms. Shaza, who definitely made an effort to make my visit enjoyable, but I also faced issues like a lack of communication regarding an extra bed I requested. Overall, I feel the hotel's amenities and helpful ambiance make it a solid choice, but there's room for improvement in service consistency.

While the location is excellent, being just a walk away from the Petronas Towers and shopping centers, I faced several service-related issues.
