limited selection poor food
the accessibility to the petronas twin towers suited my needs well. it only took me a few minutes.
i found several issues that require addressing. the breakfast options included mostly malaysian food. i expected a more diverse selection. fresh juice was absent, and the food quality was substandard.

direct access good view breakfast choices
The hotel connects directly to the convention center, so access was very easy. The gym had a good view of the towers. The breakfast (especially the roti canai!) offered many choices.
The sun loungers at the pool were often occupied.

I found the hotel location very convenient to the city center. The staff proved friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The hotel features a nice, clean pool area. My room was spacious and well-kept.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated, and I felt it could use some improvements. I hope they upgrade it soon!

My room was large, and it featured a walk-in shower, which I especially liked! The room included a comfortable king-size bed. I rested very well. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly.

The breakfast buffet included a live egg station, so I could order exactly what I wanted! The coffee was good. It was important for my mornings. The buffet offered a good variety of choices each morning.

The front desk staff was quick to respond to my inquiries! Housekeeping responded quickly to my requests. I received prompt assistance. The concierge helped me arrange transportation. I was very thankful.

The hotel is located close to the convention center. It made attending my event easy. There is a 7-Eleven store conveniently located near the hotel. I could easily grab snacks. The covered walkway to major attractions was very useful!

Mixed Experience at this Hotel
poor soundproofing loose shower knob
The hotel is close to the Convention Center, a point in its favor.
I had some issues with noise as soundproofing was not good. I could clearly hear the squeaking floor from the room next door. An alarm from a neighboring room woke me up, and the shower knob was loose, almost falling on my feet.

Excellent Location and Great Service
covered bridge great views easy access
The hotel has a covered bridge connecting to the KL Convention Centre. This made attending my conference very easy. Walking to the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC was also convenient. The gym on the top floor provides great views during workouts.
The hotel seemed worn in places, as some furniture was old.

The hotel manager, Ms Cornia, welcomed us warmly upon arrival. She served us at the hotel cafe that evening and provided attentive service. Her friendliness.

Breakfast offered many choices including some live cooking stations. There were good vegetarian options available. I found a large selection of restaurants at the Suria KLCC mall food court, very close to the hotel.
